The supreme court declined to entertain the petiton on priority basis and started that it would be heard in usual course.

The suoreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi rejected CPI(M) appeal of hearing the petition on priority basis as re-polls were scheduled on May 12 next.
The court will be heard in normal course.
