Agartala, May 25: The Tripura Pradesh Congress has announced a statewide agitation programme from May 25 to May 31. The announcement was made by party spokesperson during a press conference held on Sunday.
Speaking to the media, Chakraborty alleged that the problems faced by common people have increased during the 12 years of Prime Minister ’s rule at the Centre. He claimed that dissatisfaction has grown in various sectors across the country.
The Congress party stated that a series of protest movements and organisational programmes will be conducted in different districts of the state during the agitation period to highlight public issues and mobilise support.
