A special press conference was held at Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress office on Sunday.
Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress In-charge Rajib Banerjee, Rajya Sabha MP Sushmita Deb, Tripura Pradesh Youth Trinamool Congress President Santanu Saha, Tripura Pradesh Mahila Trinamool Congress President Panna Deb, State General Secretary Pujan Biswas and other leaders were present on the day.

Tripura TMC in-charge Rajib Banerjee said, “In the last few days, we have noticed that the law and order situation has deteriorated in the state of Tripura.

He alleged that although rape of minors, torture of women is increasing, the administration is silent.

Banerjee said that Tripura is a peaceful state and the way the current ruling party is creating anarchy, the misgovernance is going on, the law and order is deteriorating, the Trinamool Congress as an opposition party cannot sit quietly.

He added that the Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress has decided to hold a mass rally, blockade and public meeting in front of Rabindra Bhavan on November 14 across Agartala against the deterioration of law and order.
