Agartala, November 4: The Tripura High Court has directed the reinstatement of the excise license of the ‘Happiest Hour Bar’ located on Shakuntala Road in Agartala.

It may be recalled that the bar’s license was cancelled before the Puja season following several complaints.

However, on Monday, the High Court ordered that the license will remain valid for the time being.

Meanwhile, the state government has decided to challenge the order by filing an appeal before the division bench of the High Court.
