Tripura Police today summoned two CPIM Leader former finance minister and opposition MLA Bhanu Lal Saha & former CPI(M) MP Jitendra Chowdhury to the Police Station in connection with provocative posts made by them in their Social Media page.
Tripura BJP leaders filed multiple complaints in different police stations in Tripura against 3 CPIM Leaders in connection with provocative posts made by them in their Social Media pages.
Earlier today Tripura Police summoned CPIM Leader Bijan Dhar. While Speaking to media CPIM Leader Bijan Dhar said he came at Amtali Police Station at 11 am and interrogation completed at 2 pm.
Former Chief minister Manik Sarkar came out in support of the statement made by his party leaders. He said that they have not committed any crime. He came in support of their statement which they have post in their Social Media pages.
“They have not asked people to attack anyone, at least what I understand from the statement. Bhanu had said that nobody will help people; they have to save themselves and be prepared for that. Let us see where it goes from here,” Sarkar said
