Panchayat-wise Vikas Mela was held on Tuesday at Radhanagar Panchayat office premises in Rajnagar Block as part of the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and Proti Ghare Sushasan 2.0 Campaign.

Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Pratima Bhowmik inaugurated the fair.

Inaugurating the fair, she said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has resolved to create a developed India by 2047. For this purpose, initiatives have been taken for the overall development of every citizen of the country.

Through this fair, the benefits of various government projects are being delivered to the the poor in the society.” She explained in detail the various schemes undertaken by the government for the welfare of the people and requested citizens to take advantage of the various schemes.

On the occasion, the Union Minister of State urged everyone to come forward to form ‘Ek Tripura, Shrestha Tripura, Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat’ (One Tripura, Best Tripura, One Bharat Best Bharat).

After the inauguration ceremony, the Union State Minister visited the exhibition stalls of various government departments in the fair premises.
