At present, initiatives have been taken to restart it. According to Tripura Tourism Development Corporation, some new decisions have also been taken. for the convenience of tourists in view of the opening of the Weekend Tourist Hub from December 17.

According to the Tourism Development Corporation, the Weekend Tourist Hub will be open from now only on Sunday from 4 pm to 8 pm. No parking zone will be in force in Ujjayanta Palace premises area. Cultural programs will be organized in the empty space to the right of the main gate of Ujjayanta Palace.

Traffic police will patrol the area and monitor from watch towers. CCTV cameras have been arranged in the area for the convenience of tourists.
