13th TLA Session: Security arrangements

The first session of the Thirteenth State Legislative Assembly will begin on March 24, 2023.

Some security measures have been taken by the state assembly to ensure the smooth completion of the assembly session.

This includes that no vehicle or any person can enter the Vidhan Sabha area without a valid permit issued by the Assembly Secretariat.

Members of the State Assembly, members of the media and staff of the Assembly will be required to show a valid permit by the security guards when entering the Assembly premises.

Members of the State Assembly, members of the media and staff of the Assembly may enter the premises of the Assembly in motor vehicles or other vehicles with passes. But no one else can be in this vehicle.

No visitors, government officials, media representatives and Assembly staff are allowed to enter with bags, any other objectionable items. This news has been informed in a circular from the Legislative Assembly Secretariat.
