Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra started from November 15 to inform the marginalized people of society about the various schemes of the Central Government.

Along with this, the Proti Ghore Sushashon 2.0 campaign has started to ensure the availability of government projects and services to the public.

In these two programs, the public representatives also have to work together with the administration to deliver the benefits of government projects and services to the people.

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Ratanlal Nath said this at the review meeting of West Tripura District-based Bharat Sankalp Yatra and Proti Ghore Sushashon 2.0 campaign organized at State Government Guest House on Tuesday.

He said that the work of delivering the benefits of government projects and services to the people should be ensured.

Additional District Magistrate Subhash Chandra Saha presented the overall picture of the district through a Powerpoint presentation about both the programs in the meeting.

Notably, the initiative has been taken to make people aware of 17 rural and urban central projects in the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.
Besides, 36 central and state government schemes and 14 different services are being provided under Proti Ghore Sushashon 2.0 campaign.

The Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister said, “To ensure 100% success of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana in the district, the Agriculture Minister also presented a road map for the West Tripura district in the development of Bharat Sankalp Yatra and Proti Ghare Sushasan 2.0 Abhiyan.

In the meeting, the Agriculture Minister advised the concerned officials to take forward the Jal Jeevan Mission program of Mandai Block with more priority.
