Agartala, May 15 — A 26-year-old Bangladeshi national, Rabiya Akter Ruksana, was detained today by the Government Railway Police (GRP) at Agartala Railway Station.
Ruksana, daughter of Chand Miah, hails from Madhyam Sonapur Patbari in Feni district, Bangladesh. The detention was carried out under the supervision of Officer-in-Charge Tapas Das.
Authorities have launched an investigation to ascertain the reasons behind her presence and detention at the station. Further details are awaited as the inquiry progresses.
