BJP has appointed Mahendra Singh as its election in-charge for the assembly elections Tripura.

Besides, Rajya Sabha MP Samir Oraon will be the co-incharge of the BJP for the assembly elections in Tripura.

BJP has highlighted, ” BJP National President JP Nadda has appointed Dr Mahendra Singh, MLC Uttar Pradesh as the party’s election in-charge and Samir Oraon, MP Rajya Sabha as co-incharge for upcoming legislative elections in Tripura.”

Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha gave heartiest congratulations to Hon’ble MLC Shri Mahendra Singh and Rajya Sabha MP Samir Oran for being nominated as BJP’s observer and co-observer in the upcoming assembly elections in Tripura.

He added that he believes the BJP will secure a historic win in the assembly polls.
On the other hand, Sambit Patra, BJP national coordinator for the Northeast states also congratulated Dr Mahendra Singh and Samir Oraon for their appointments in the Tripura assembly polls.

It is to be noted that assembly elections is scheduled to be held in Tripura during the first quarter of 2023.
