SFI and TSU staged a protest in front of Tripura Police headquarters, which was against the rise of crime against women in the state.

Speaking to the media, SFI state secretary Sandipan Deb said that there has been a rise in crime against women in the last four years.

He said that this state has been converted into Jungle raaj for the last 4 years, as there is no rule of law, people are facing problems.

He added that woman, children are constantly coming under attack and facing torture every day across the state.

Sandipan Deb said, “We have protested again and again. After the BJP government formed the number of women related crimes have increased. Today we came here to stage a demonstration demanding restoration of law and order”.
