KTDS Police Training Academy receives best constable training Institute award in India

Kumar Trishul Dhari Singh Police Training Academy (KTDSPTA) Tripura, was adjudged for the Union Home Minister Trophy for Best Training Institute for the year 2021-22 for Constables Training by the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.

Today on 5th September 2023, the coveted award was presented by the Union Home Secretary, to the Principal KTDS PTA in a momentous ceremony held at BPR&D, New Delhi highlighting the exceptional dedication and commitment of the academy towards shaping proficient constables.

The KTDS PTA is the institution that moulds a layman into a policeman. The training institute also assists in the personal and professional development of police personnel so that they can effectively and efficiently carry out their policing duties.

This is a major achievement as this is the reflection of dedication of all the men who trained the constables. It is a matter of great pride that small force from a small state is doing exceptionally well.
