Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Dipak Majumder attended the national child health program under the National Health Mission at the community hall of ward No. 38 of Agartala Municipal Corporation on the initiative of Asaram Para Health Center.

Mayor council member Bappi Das, Corporator Anjana Das, CDPO Urban Karthik Das, School Incharge Debbrata Majumdar and other dignitaries were present.

The program provides treatment for children from birth to 18 years of age with various congenital problems such as congenital deafness, congenital cataracts, congenital heart disease, cleft lip and palate problems, clubfoot problems etc.

Besides, early detection and free treatment provided. Further, secondary level free treatment is provided for these diseases.
