With AirSewa integrated into a new 24×7 Passenger Assistance Control Room at Udaan Bhawan, #MoCA has resolved 13,000+ grievances so far—ensuring faster redressal, real-time coordination & better passenger experience.
The Aviation Ministry informed that the control room was set up in response to the operational flight disruptions in the first week of this month.
