Train running in the Lumding Badarpur Hill section has got disrupted due to falling of earth, muck, boulders etc in huge quantity from the adjoining hills over the railway track at KM- 51/1-2 between Mupa Dihakho stations of Lumding Division.
As a result, track has been suspended for train operation until clearance of debris for ensuring safety. Restoration work at site has started utilizing machines and adequate manpower. Help desks have been opened to facilitate passengers at Guwahati, Lumding, Silchar, Badarpur and Agartala stations.
As a result of the landslide following trains have been cancelled and partially cancelled as per details given below.
Cancellation of trains:

Train no. 12515 (Thiruvananthapuram Central – Silchar) Express of 13th July, 2025
Partial cancellation of trains:
Train no. 13173 (Sealdah Sabroom) Kanchanjhunga Express of 08th July, 2025 will be short terminated at Lumding and will remain partially cancelled between Lumding and Sabroom
Train no. 14620 (Firozpur Cantt Agartala) Express of 07th July, 2025 will be short terminated at Lumding and will remain partially cancelled between Lumding and Agartala
Train no. 13176 (Silchar – Sealdah) Kanchanjhunga Express of 09th July, 2025 will be short originated from Lumding and will remain partially cancelled between Silchar and Lumding
Train no. 12520 (Agartala Lokmanya Tilak Terminus) Express of 10th July, 2025 will be short originated from Kamakhya and will remain partially cancelled between Agartala and Kamakhya
Train no. 12508 (Silchar – Thiruvananthapuram Central) Express of 10th July, 2025 will be short originated from Guwahati and will remain partially cancelled between Silchar and Guwahati
Train no. 14619 (Agartala Firozpur Cantt) Express of 10th July, 2025 will be short originated from Guwahati and will remain partially cancelled between Agartala and Guwahati
