PM Narendra Modi addressed the fifth National Conference of Chief Secretaries in New Delhi.
He called upon the states to encourage manufacturing, boost ‘Ease of Doing Business’ and make India a global services giant.
The PM said that soon India would be launching the National Manufacturing Mission and every state must give this top priority and create infrastructure to attract global companies.
