The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu, inaugurated Tripura State Judicial Academy and laid the foundation stone for Tripura National Law University at Narsingarh, Agartala today (October 12, 2022).
President Draupadi Murmu who is on a two-day state visit inaugurated the new building of Tripura Judicial Academy at TIT, Narsinghgarh on Wednesday morning.
After inaugurating the new building of the Tripura Judicial Academy, President Draupadi Murmu also laid the foundation stone of the National Law University in the state.
On the occasion, the President also inspected the model of the proposed building of the National Law University.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, Law Minister Ratanlal Nath, Chief Justice of Tripura High Court Indrajit Mohanti, National Law University Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Pratap Singh, Tripura High Court Justice T. Amarnath Gaur, Justice Arindam Lodh, Justice S G Chattopadhyay and many others were present at the event.
