Pucca houses to 8,283 families in Salema and Durgachowmuni block under PMAY-G

In the financial year 2021-22 under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin scheme, Pucca houses are being constructed for 8 thousand 283 families of Salemu and Durgachowmun block unds Kamalpur sub-division. 1 lakh 30 thousand rupees will be spent on building cach house.

Total expenditure will be 107 crore 67 lakh 90 thousand rupees. Pucca houses are being built for 3 thousand 986 beneficiary families of Salema block under the scheme. So far, 3 thousand 913 beneficiary families have got their first instalment of 48 thousand rupees, 3 thousand 416 beneficiary families have got their second instalment of 50 thousand rupees and a family has got third instalment of 32 thousand rupees.

House construction for 4 thousand 297 beneficiary families of Durgachowmum block has been granted. The construction work has recently started 4 thousand 136 beneficiary families have got their first instalment of 48 thousand rupees, thousand 684 beneficiary families have got their second instalment of 50 thousand rupees and 5 families have got their third instalment of 32 thousand rupees. So far, construction of 5 Pucca houses has been completed.
