Today Minister Ratan Lal Nath visited Rudra Jala discussed the matter with the people and assured them to solve the problem soon.

The villagers residing near Neer Mahal in Melaghar yesterday staged agitation in demand to reduce water level of Radra Sagar.

The officials of various levels held several rounds of meeting with the delegates of agitating villagers.
The demand of the villagers was to decrease the water level of Rudra Sagar by releasing water through sluice gate.
