State-Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee reconstituted Under the direction of the Election Commission of India, the Chief Electoral Officer of the state by an order has reconstituted the State-Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC).

The Chairperson of the reconstituted Committee will be the Chief Electoral Officer, Tripura, Members of the Committee will be an observer appointed by the Election Commission of India. Director of Information & Cultural Affairs department, Senior Most Indian Information Service Officer of Doordarshan Kendra, Agartala and Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Tripura.

In the same way, a State-Level Media Certification for Advertisement has also been reconstituted. It’s Chairperson will be Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Tripura Members of the Committee will be Returning Officer for 8-Town Bardowali, AC and Station Director e f Prasar Bharati/AIR/DDK, Agartala. This committee will also have an Intermediary Expert Social Media.
