The First Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Madhurupa Memorial Cancer Welfare Society was held at Agartala Press Club

The First Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Madhurupa Memorial Cancer Welfare Society was held at Agartala Press Club. The AGM dissolved the 2022-23 committee and constituted a new executive committee for the year 2023-24. MMCWS is an NGO established in memory of Madhurupa in 2022 for cancer awareness and the welfare of cancer patients in Tripura and to help them whenever possible.

With the welcome note from the President, the meeting commenced, after that the Secretary of the Society also narrated the message along with the Secretary’s Report and Financial & Figures for the year 2022-23 in the presence of the respective members of the NGO.

Accordingly, the President of the Society dissolved the existing Committee and announced the allocation of the new Executive Committee for 2023-24 as follows: President: Shibani Bhattacharya, Vice President: Shreya Debnath, Secretary: Subhadip Bhattacharya, Assistant Secretary: Sagnik Debnath, Treasurer: Ranadhir Debnath. Executive Members are: Tanushree Das, Sumati Deb, Rayhana Begum, Pratyusha Bhowmik

As the NGO has been receiving many calls from donors outside Tripura, the NGO decided to create an online fundraising portal linked to the website. So, now doners can donate in the only Cancer Foundation of Tripura, working for the sake of needy cancer patients can be done through offline with the undersigned as well as through our online portal.
