“Those who killed Jharna Das Baidya’s husband were Congress supporters. Now, Jharna Didi will vote for  Congress sign.” Biplab Kumar Deb, the BJP candidate for the West Tripura Lok Sabha Constituency, made this comment at the election rally organized in Ramnagar on Monday afternoon.

Referencing the incident, he added, “What is the condition of the so-called communists in this state?

They became disoriented and mad.”
Biplab Kumar Deb said, “CPIM and Congress have no ideals at present in Tripura.

They had no real role for public development in Tripura. Naturally, they will not get any support from people. Conscious people will not vote for them.”
