The sacked 10,323 teachers have appeared to become a strength of Pradyot Kishore Debbarman in non-tribalareas in the upcoming assembly polls in Tripura.
On Thursday, Tipra Motha Chief Maharaja Pradyot Kishore met with renowned advocate and former union minister of human resources, Kapil Sibal in New Delhi along with representatives of the victim teachers.
It was finalized to lodge a fresh case based on an RTI reply, which teachers have interpreted that the high court order did not sack them, rather it was misread by a group of officers.
In the meantime, Pradyot said that Sibalji will represent the sacked teachers in the Supreme Court and is confident of getting the teachers justice.
He added that he is committed to provide justice to teachers and nothing can stop it.
In his tweet TipraMotha Chief Maharaja Pradyot Kishore wrote in his tweet “Met the Renowned Lawyer Kapil Sibal along with the representative of the 10323 affected teachers . He will be representing us and is confident of getting the teachers justice . Will update more development shortly . Commitment is commitment and cannot be compromised”.
