Tool kits were distributed to registered building workers and other construction workers in a function organized by the Labour and Construction Board at Muktadhara Auditorium in Agartala.

After training 1,000 workers, 500 workers were provided with various construction tool kits free of charge to facilitate their work.
Labour Minister Tinku Roy inaugurated the function.

Labour Construction Board Chairman Vinay Bhushan Das and others were also present in the event.

While speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that this training was arranged by the state government to make the workers self-reliant.

Besides, the state government is providing them with a tool kit to solve their financial problems.
