Sepahijala District Police made major achievement against drug trafficking.
Based on specific information Banoj Biplab Das, SDPO,Sonamura, Inspr. Manik Debnath, OC Sonamura Police Station along with other officers & staff conducted raid in the house of one Amir Hussain S/o Surju Miah of Aralia, PS-Sonamura.
During search, the police party recovered total 2069 bottles of Phensedyl, 120 bottles of Eskuf Cough Syrup and 25 Kg dry Ganja from the house of the accused person and seized accordingly.
A case has been registered in this regard for further investigation.
