TSECL is taking many new initiatives to make it a more consumer centric DISCOM: Jishnu Dev Varma

Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Deb Varma, has launched Bidyut Bandhu Mobile App, TSECL Officer’s Mobile App and new website of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Ltd .

In the programme, Deputy Chief Minister has emphasized on the improvement of service delivery with the intervention of modern technology.

This new initiatives will give the consumers more convenience in interaction with the TSECL.

TSECL is taking many new initiatives on a regular basis to make it a more consumer centric DISCOM.

As a part of its commitment to better service delivery, TSECL launched its new integrated revenue management system for its 39 rural ESDs along with Bidyut Bandhu Mobile App, TESCL Officers Mobile App this will cover around 5 lacs consumers.

New version of TESCL Official Website also launched today for easy accessibility.

Deputy Chief minister Jishnu Dev Varma said I congratulate all the persons and officials involved to make this happen and I believe that, the people of Tripura will be highly benefited through these portals.
