A review meeting was held today at the conference hall of the Khowai District Magistrate’s Office under the chairmanship of Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Tokhan Sahu.

In the review meeting, the Union Minister of State said that development programs should be implemented with transparency in the service of the country and for the welfare of the people.

For the welfare of the people, various projects and services of the Central and State Governments should be reached to the last person.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working for the welfare of the country with the policy of Sabka Saath Sabka Bikash. The Prime Minister has also made efforts to build a developed India.

The Union Minister of State said that our diverse tradition, culture have united the country. During his visit to Khowai district, Union Minister of State for Housing Tokhan Sahu visited the stalls of 5 self-help groups in Durganagar today and exchanged views with the members of the self-help groups. While exchanging views with the members of the self-help groups, he said that the Government of India has taken initiatives to make women self-reliant.
