Bidisha Majumdar, a teacher from Hariananda English Medium High School in Gomati district, has been honoured with the National Teachers’ Award 2025.
The award was presented by President Droupadi Murmu at a ceremony held on Teachers’ Day (September 5) at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
Majumdar is among 45 outstanding educators from across the country chosen for the award this year. The recognition highlights her dedication, innovative teaching methods, and significant role in enhancing the quality of school education.
