New Delhi, Sept 6: Tripura’s Youth and Sports Minister, Tinku Roy, met Union Minister of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jyotiraditya Scindia in the national capital today and held discussions on the state’s developmental priorities.

During the meeting, Roy submitted a memorandum outlining key proposals to strengthen sports and youth infrastructure in Tripura.

The major demands include comprehensive infrastructure development at Panisagar Regional Physical Education College under various master plans, and the construction of a 25,000-seat capacity gallery at the DD State Sports Complex in Badharghat.
