The ownership of CPM party’s mouthpiece Daily Desher Kotha can be suspended if it fails to produce the required documents tomorrow.
The Final hearing of the RNI related case is scheduled to happen tomorrow.
Earlier the case had been given more dates due to party’s request.
The charges were based on a number of issues, including a mismatch between the information of the editor, printer and publisher provided in the newspaper’s declaration and the data maintained with the Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI).
