The current government is working on various schemes for public welfare. It is possible to serve people only if there is sincerity. Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debbarma said this while inaugurating the Block based Beneficiaries Conference at Dukli Block Complex on Wednesday.
On the occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister inaugurated the “Deendayal Upadhyay Hatkhola Bazar Shed” at Dukli Block Complex.
It is to be noted that the 20-room shed has been constructed with the help of the Deendayal Upadhyay Rural Empowerment Award and the assistance of the Rural Development Department.
Working for people by launching new projects in public welfare. Deputy Chief Minister said that the aim of the government is to enrich society and the state. He added that the present government believes in transparent administration. He further said that the government is directly disbursing money to the beneficiaries in various projects through banks.
Deputy CM also said that the current government has increased the allowance for various social projects from Rs. 700 to Rs. 2000 in a short period of time.
He added that the government is determined to provide a drinking water connection from house to house under Jal Jeevan Mission.
