On Tuesday, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha inspected the G+7 building of IGM Hospital proposed for Dental College. A dental college is going to be opened in the state very soon.
The dental college will be launched on the ground floor, fifth, sixth and seventh floors ofthe G+7 building of IGM Hospital in Agartala.
During the visit, the Chief Minister reviewed all the infrastructural development of the dental college and gave necessary advice to the concerned.
After the visit, a high-level meeting was held in Medical Superintendent’s office at IGM Hospital, in the presence of Chief Secretary JK Sinha, Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department Dr. Debashis Bose and Health Director Subhashish Debbarma.
In the meeting, the Chief Minister said that the initiative taken to establish a dental college in the state should be made successful with the collective efforts of all.
In this regard, the Chief Minister emphasized on completing all the procedural aspects.
He directed the concerned officials to take all steps as per the guidelines of the Dental Council of India.
