Education is the key to development and no race can progress without knowledge and education. Education Minister Ratanlal Nath said this on Thursday after inaugurating the two-storied building at Boxanagar Higher Secondary School.

He said that it is possible to see the light in the darkness of ignorance only through education and knowledge. The central government and state government are jointly working to make One India Best India and One Tripura Best Tripura by making education as top priority.

In the event, the education minister said that education means life, dreams, freedom and moving from the dark toward the light.
He added that the central and state governments are working in different directions to make Tripura Best Tripura.

The education minister said, “The present government has started NCERT from class I to class XII in the state to facilitate the students to participate in the National level competition within a year. Vocational courses on various subjects including agriculture have been started in 295 schools in the state”.
