India reports 3,48,421 new COVID19 cases, 3,55,338 discharges and 4205 deaths in the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry
India’s Covid-19 caseload reached 2,26,62,575 on Monday as the country added 366,161 new Covid-19 infections over the past 24 hours. A total of 3,754 people succumbed to the virus in one day, taking the death toll due to the infection in India to just over 2.46 lakh.
India has 37,45,237 active cases of Covid-19
The top five states that have registered the maximum number of Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours are Maharashtra with 48,401 cases, Karnataka with 47,930 cases, Kerala with 35,801 cases, Tamil Nadu with 28,897 cases and Uttar Pradesh with 23,175 cases.
466 more test positive in Tripura on Tuesday.
According to the daily Media Bulletin Out of 6288 samples tested for COVID-19, 466 people found POSITIVE.
