Dhaka, July 5: The upcoming cricket series between India and Bangladesh, which was scheduled to begin on August 17 in Dhaka, may face a postponement.
The series, comprising three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three T20 matches, was eagerly anticipated by fans from both nations.
BCB media committee chairman Iftikhar Rahman confirmed the development while speaking to AFP. “The BCCI has informed us that the tour might be delayed,” Rahman said, without providing further details about the reason for the potential postponement or a revised schedule.
An official announcement from both boards is awaited.
