Kailashahar, June 20: CPM state secretary Jitendra Chowdhury launched a sharp attack on the central government, calling its claims of a “well-governed India” and “developed India” nothing but false propaganda. Speaking at a public meeting in Kailashahar, he alleged that such narratives have no connection to ground realities.

Chowdhury stated that the people of Tripura have become victims of continuous deception. “The central ruling party is only showing dreams to mislead the people, while the real issues remain unaddressed,” he said.

Turning his attention to tribal politics in the state, the CPM leader accused Tipra Motha of creating confusion among the indigenous communities. “Tipra Motha is misleading the tribals. But now, that illusion is gradually fading,” he remarked.

Jitendra Chowdhury further claimed that people are beginning to realize the truth and are coming out of this political confusion. He expressed confidence that the masses would soon reject these misleading tactics and stand united for their rights and welfare.
