MLA Birjit Sinha will sit on a dharna next to the Gandhi statue in Agartala on Sunday ,  July 5 at 11 am , demanding the withdrawal of the order to close private practice  of doctors of GB Hospital . 

He said this while facing reporters at the Kailashahar District Congress office on Sunday . Birjit Sinha alleged that the state government has recently ordered the closure of private practice of government doctors at GB Hospital . 

As a result of this decision , the common people are in extreme trouble . He said that this  unilateral decision of the government is inhuman. Considering the public interest , this order must be withdrawn immediately . Otherwise , the Congress will launch a larger movement . He called on people from all parts of the state to join the dharna program . 

At the same time , he warned the state government that 
if it plays games with the health services of the common people , the Congress will take to the streets and protest .
