Review meeting held on organizing Sub-Divisional Level Mega Legal Services Camp

A review meeting on organizing Kamalpur Sub-Divisional Level Mega Legal Services Camp was held at Kamalpur SDM office today. The meeting was initiated by Member Secretary of Kamalpur Sub-Divisional Level Mega Legal Services Authority Bikash Debbarma. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhalai district Satyajit Das, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Sanjan Lal Tripura, Kamalpur SDM Abhijit Chakraborty and officials of various line departments have also attended the meeting.

It was decided in the meeting that two Mega Legal Services Campwill be organized under the sub-division as a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

The first Mega Legal Services Camp is scheduled to be held on March 6, 2022 at Mayashuri market ground under Durga Chownuhni RD block and second Mega Legal Services Camp will be held on March 27, 2022 at Salema HS School ground under Salema RD block where resource persons from District and Sub-DivisionalLegal Services Committee.

Sub-Divisional administration and various line departments will be speaking about respective departmental schemes to generate public awareness and provide necessary. facilities on different welfare schemes and projects. Each department were asked to open their respective stalls carrying details and information about welfare schemes. Forest, ICDS (SW&SE), Labour.

Legal Metrology and other departments shall put up help desks for online registration for small cap business holders, unorganized workers, farmers and other beneficiaries those who are interested in enrolling themselves.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhalai district Satyajit Das urged for everyone’s cooperation in organizing the Mega Legal Services Camp. The meeting was organized by Sub-Divisional Level Mega Legal Services Committee maintaining Covid-19 guidelines.
