Tripura Cops among 12 injured in BJP-Tipra Motha clash

Tipra Motha has been accused of trying to obstruct BJP’s program in Jampuijala on Monday.

However, BJP’s program was successful.
Meanwhile, afterwards, Tipra Matha attacked the BJP. But, BJP resisted.

Violent clashes broke out on Monday between the ruling BJP and opposition Tipra Motha in Tripura

Thus, Jampuijala and Takarjala became heated in the clash between the workers of both the parties.

After the victory in the recent by-elections, BJP workers took out a huge victory rally on Monday, during which a violent clash broke out between Tipra Motha and BJP workers. 

Several BJP workers were injured in the incident.

BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee had lunch at the party executive Nirmal Debbarma’s house in Takarjala after the party program in Jampuijala. BJP worker Nirmal Debbarma’s house was later vandalized.
BJP alleged that criminals backed by Tipra Motha is responsible for the incident.

Police said at least 12 people, including workers of both parties, were injured in the clash. He has been taken to the nearest health facility.
