The much-anticipated Durga Puja celebrations in Tripura are set to begin on October 10, with Agartala and surrounding areas as well as in the entire Tripura preparing for large-scale festivities. 

The whole Agartala City wore an adorable look with decorative lights lit-up everywhere.

The festive spirit is also visible in the major markets and city malls as prime city roads are flooded with people.

Like previous years, Agartala city is again the centre of attraction with big marquees and adorable lighting works.

A good number of TSR and Police Jawans would be pressed into action for hassle free passage of the Puja days.

Security arrangements had also been tightened up along with enforcement of strict traffic guidelines to avoid any unto words incident.
