The Yuva Morcha of Suryamani Nagar has submitted a deputation to the Srinagar Police Station, demanding strict legal action against drug dealers and illegal drug sellers in the area. They have also called for strengthening police patrolling to curb drug-related activities.

Yuva Morcha President Sayan Das stated that the initiative aims to make Suryamani Nagar a drug-free region. “Under this mission, we will be submitting similar deputations to every police station in the assembly constituency,” he said.

Das also appealed to the residents of the area to come forward and actively participate in this fight against drugs, emphasizing that community support is essential for lasting change.
