In the Indian bullion market, 24 carat Gold was trading 0.3 per cent up at 1 lakh 43 thousand 940 rupees per 10 grams, while Silver was trading 0.1 per cent up at 2 lakh 22 thousand 350 rupees per kilogram, a short while ago.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, Gold for August contract was trading 0.4 per cent higher at 1 lakh 43 thousand 658 rupees per 10 grams, and Silver for July contract was trading 0.9 per cent up at 2 lakh 21 thousand 551 rupees per kilogram, when reports last came in.
