Dharmanagar: Chief Minister Manik Saha has assured a fair and impartial investigation into the Prasenjit incident in Dharmanagar and stated that strict legal action would be taken against those found guilty.

The assurance was given through a statement posted on social media, where the Chief Minister emphasized that justice would be delivered without delay.

Acting on the Chief Minister’s directive, the police intensified their investigation and conducted raids in neighboring Assam.

As a result of the operation, the police arrested three persons allegedly involved in the incident.

Further investigation is underway, and the authorities have indicated that more arrests may follow if required.
