Agartala, May 5: Following the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) historic victory in the West Bengal Assembly elections, —former Chief Minister of Tripura and currently a Member of Parliament—returned to the state on Tuesday.

Upon his arrival at , Deb was accorded a warm reception by party workers and supporters. BJP members gathered at the airport welcomed him with bouquets and party flags, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and celebration.

Addressing the media, Deb described the BJP’s victory in West Bengal as a “victory of the people.” He further stated that he remains committed to fulfilling any responsibility assigned to him by the party with utmost dedication, whenever and in whatever capacity required.
