Agartala, Friday: Senior Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman on Friday night strongly condemned the attack on rickshaw driver Didar Hossain and demanded the immediate arrest and strict punishment of those responsible for the incident.

Taking serious note of the matter, Roy Barman visited the Ramnagar police outpost the same evening, where he sought detailed information from police officials regarding the attack and the condition of the injured rickshaw driver.

He emphasized the need for prompt police action to ensure justice and maintain public safety.
