Tourism Department Minister Sushanta Chowdhury urged the clubs and puja committees to organize Sharadotsav in accordance with the government guidelines.

Today, the Minister of Tourism made this call in a meeting organized with various clubs and puja committees on the occasion of Durga Puja in the auditorium of Jirania Panchayat Samiti.

In the meeting, the tourism minister said that the government will not tolerate the collection of subscription by stopping vehicles on the road or the collection of subscription by force.

Clubs and Puja Committees should take initiatives to control noise pollution and sensitize people against addiction.
