Governor Shri Indrasena Reddy Nallu today officially launched the direct flight service between Agartala and Hyderabad.

On this occasion, in a function organized at Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport this morning, the Governor requested the citizens of the state to take advantage of this direct air service to travel from Agartala to Hyderabad.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Shri Indrasena Reddy said that the people of Tripura and Bangladesh will be especially benefited by the introduction of direct air service between Agartala and Hyderabad.

Because they go to different cities of South India for medical needs. Moreover, the central government has also introduced air services to many regional airports under the Air Scheme and common people can save their time and cost by using this service.

Governor expressed hope that international flight services from MBB airport will also be launched soon.
