With tensions mounting between India and Pakistan, Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha convened a high-level security meeting on Friday to assess the situation and review border security measures.
The meeting, which took place at the Chief Minister’s official residence, brought together top officials from the Border Security Force (BSF), Assam Rifles, and various intelligence agencies.
Discussions during the hour-long, closed-door session primarily focused on strengthening vigilance and surveillance along the India-Bangladesh border, in light of the current regional developments.
