After remaining suspended for nearly a month, the Agartala–Sabroom–Agartala DEMU Special train service has finally resumed operations. Train number 75688/75687 restarted its regular schedule from November 17.
According to the railway timetable, the train departs Agartala at 1:40 pm and leaves Sabroom at 4:20 pm daily.
Passengers had been facing significant hardship during the prolonged suspension, as no alternative transport arrangements were provided by the railway authorities. This lapse had triggered widespread dissatisfaction among daily commuters and local residents.
With the service now restored, a sense of relief has returned among passengers who rely on the route for their daily travel.
